This is the old house in the villa area. You can enjoy bonfires and BBQ in the backyard (during snow-free season). In calm morning, woodpeckers may wake you up after you oversleep. Recommended for travelers who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy Niseko's nature and activities. The nearest ski resort (Annupuri International Ski resort), popular backcountry areas, and hot springs are a 10-minute drive away. There is no public transportation, so please bring a car. The space Dining kitchen, tatami living room with sofa, 1F bedroom, 2F loft bedroom, stone bath with shower, washlet toilet. A complete set of cooking utensils is provided. Two portable gas stoves, pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, rice cooker, toaster oven, microwave oven, BIALETTI 6-cup direct flame espresso maker, plates, tea bowls, chopsticks, cups, teacups, coffee cups, knives, spoons, forks, refrigerator, etc. Salt, sugar, soy sauce, cooking oil, pepper and other seasonings are provided. A fire pit is available in the garden for you to enjoy a bonfire or BBQ. Please ask the host for permission to use it before using it. Of course, please be careful not to start a fire. I provide twigs, scraps of construction material, and other materials, but the amount is limited. Please bring your own firewood. I also have piles of firewood in the yard and on the deck, but that is for winter heating and is very expensive. Do not use them without permission. You can provide your own BBQ set or rent one (for a fee). Please contact me in advance. After BBQ, please clean up after yourself on the same day. Otherwise, foxes and other wild animals will come and ravage the area. Ski stand and wax room in the garage. Please bring your own waxing tools. Charged waxing service is also available (Ask to the host Ittoku). Guest access All rooms and the garden are available, but the toilet at the entrance is shared with the host. Please understand. Other things to note Parking space is available for one car in the garage, within L480cm x W175cm x H185cm please. Toyota VOXY and Nissan X-TRAIL will fit in the garage, but cars with roof carriers, Toyota VELLFIRE, and HI-ACE are too large to fit. If they do not fit, they will have to be parked on the street. In winter, parking on the street is not allowed due to snow removal, so you will have to park at a nearby snow dump.
