Amazing City Views - Guesthouse 1

Self contained guest house with amazing city views. North facing, king bed, lounge with 2 sofas, bathroom, kitchenette and TV. Close to Burnside shopping precinct, Adelaide Hills & walking trails. Access requires you to walk up & down slopes/stairs and parking is approx 100m from guesthouse. All our property is a non smoking area. Please be mindful that we run two guest houses on our property. After requesting your booking we will send you COVID 19 questions before confirming the booking The space The guesthouse is part of two storey home in the Adelaide foothills with amazing 180 degrees views of the city. Your downstairs area has its own secure and private space and access allowing you to come and go as you please. We run two guest houses so please respect other guests by reducing noise when entering and departing your guesthouse. The guesthouse has a kitchenette (sink, microwave, kettle, fridge), TV, lounge (with 2 sofas). Ample free onsite car parking available. Please be mindful that we run two guesthouses and ask you manage your noise when entering and leaving our property. Note, please stay on the allocated paths to respect the privacy of the hosts. The pool is not part of the airBnB rental and not included for guest use. Guest access Guests have their own private access and private use of an outdoor courtyard area. If you can't walk up and down stairs or minor slopes, this may not be suitable for you. The paths leading to the guesthouse run near some small hill slopes with no fencing. Also note, given the area we live in, we do get wildlife visitors (kangaroos) from the hills. They are wildlife and should not be approached or fed. They keep their distance and enjoy eating our lawn, please do not approach. Please stick to allocated paths as advised by the host. Note, the pool is not for guest use. Other things to note The house is set in a private and hilly area. Access to the guesthouse includes some steep inclines and requires the use of stairs.The guesthouse has one kIng size bed and one two double sofas (these are not for extra guests). Max of two guests.
