Summer house with large garden near lake and beach

The house is a charming summer residence from 1906 in Swiss style, surrounded by a large garden with old apple trees, large lawn and large, lovely outdoor spaces, including a greenhouse, ball court and garden pavilion. The house has large ground terraces and a spacious covered veranda with daybed and dining area for many - we have been 20 there :-) The space The cottage is very well located - lots of activities in the surrounding area, and the child-friendly beach area (4 min. walk) is incredibly nice with playgrounds, barbecue areas, beach volleyball courts, bathing jetty, diving tower and cozy beach kiosk. At the harbor (10 min walk) it is also very cozy with restaurants and the well-known ISI bar. 10 min. walk away there is also a mini golf course and tennis courts (Sporty activity center) Close to the cottage is also "Kyststien". If you follow it further, you will first enter the idyllic "Sildevika", then into a nice eastern forest with lots of blueberries and then on to "Løkkevika" Otherwise, Høysand is very centrally located: 10 km to Climbing on the border (must be tried!) 15 km to Sarpsborg city 20 km to Fredrikstad - Østfold's summer town with the Old Town 20 km to Halden with the great Fredriksten fortress and Allsang on the border 25 km to Nordby shopping in Svinesund 36 km to Strømstad, and boat out to the Koster Islands Other things to note Bed linen: Bed linen (i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases and sheets) can be included in the rental price if you let us know when booking. Then you will get the bed ready, and washing is included 150, - per person Beds/extra beds: Bedroom 1, 2nd floor: double bed, children's bed, baby bed (not a crib) To get to Bedroom 1, you have to go through Bedroom 2 Bedroom 2, 2nd floor: double bed, single bed 190 cm Bedroom 3, 2nd floor: 130 cm double bed Bedroom 4, 1st floor: small bedroom with 90 cm bed Extra sleeping space, 1st floor: In the kitchenette there is a pull-out sofa/bed where 1 or 2 can sleep Thus, possibility for 3 extra beds - a total of 12 people if needed.
