We are more of a hospitality project than a textbook hotel as we attempt to address global warming and climate change issues by adopting environmental friendly construction and living practice in our everyday life. Our aim is to achieve carbon neutral way of life by a fusion of technology with sustainable architecture. Experience a new way of life without having to compromise on quality and aesthetics while ensuring we attain highest standard of eco conscious initiatives. The space We test the extreme level of sustainability from energy needs to water containment, construction methodology to waste reuse. Here are some to begin with... 1. Completely built using natural earth materials including soil and lime sand with 70% reduction in concrete. 2. Harvested rain water with well and specialized tank storage for drinking and showering use. 3. Solar powered systems for energy and hot water. 4. Earth air cooling system for regulate building temperate (yes, there is an alternative to air-conditioners). 5. All natural plant and vegetable based toiletries to assist in a chemical free environment . 6. Furniture's made using local artisanal skills with bamboo, cane and repurposed wood. 7. Potteries made using local potter. 8. Minimal plastic usage at the entire facility. 9. Waste Bins and many other building components made from recycled materials with biodegradable bags. 10. Eco sewage treatment plant in the facility for flushing and gardening. 11. Road built re-using building construction waste 12.
