Very comfortable room with a queen bed. Room has a recliner and closet space available. Everthing you could want to do in one of the best areas in California. The new Graton Rancheria Resort & Casino is 1.2 miles from my door. Sonoma State University and the world renowned Green Music Center a 5 minute drive. Wineries are close by from 20 min to Dry Creek Valley to 30 minutes to Napa. Giant Redwoods, Gorgeous Russian River, Bodega Bay all within 30 min. San Francisco is a 45 minute drive. For Golfers my home is located on the 16th hole of Foxtail Golf clubs North course and close to many other courses in Sonoma County. Hiking and bike trails and State Parks are all within a 15-20 minute drive. 24 Hr Fitness about 1.5 miles away. This listing (Golf, Wine and Casino’s) has a queen bed with some closet space, recliner, book case/dresser and a bath next door. Kitchen privileges available upon request. The other bedroom, listed as (Golf, Wine and Casino’s 2) is next door and set up with 2 extra long twin beds twins, TV and recliner. Kitchen privileges available upon request. Reservations MUST be placed separately to book both rooms. There are 2 bedrooms but one bath that would be shared if both rooms are reserved. I am a friendly and open person, there with information and any help you need but I prefer not to share my personal space, please treat my home as if you were staying in a very nice hotel. This is what they call a Duet House. The neighborhood is in a quiet residential area with the golf course off the back yard and a nice park across the street. A Community pool is available during the summer season only. Public transportation (bus) is about l block away, but it is really better to rent a car as there is so much to do in Sonoma County. I have a cat named Sam, that thinks everybody comes to see him. I also have a 4 year old goldendoodle named Riley. Very friendly overly so sometimes.
