Beautiful guest house just outside Umberleigh in North Devon, in the heart of the Taw Valley. Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. Fully fitted kitchen and living room, with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Underfloor heating coupled with a log burning fireplace for chilly days. Only a short drive to some stunning beaches and marvelous countryside. The space Ideally situated for short break activities such as fishing, cycling or hiking; or longer stays where you can further explore some of the fantastic surrounding areas. Guest access On site, off road parking. Umberleigh railway station around half a mile away. Car is essential as it’s a rural farming area with no street lighting, pavements or buses. Other things to note Dogs: please contact host before booking. We don’t charge for a dog and can welcome your dog up to the size of a Cocker Spaniel/Fox Terrier or cockerpoo. Dogs of a larger non shedding type can be considered. Depending on size we may well accept 2 dogs. Please check before booking.
