We offer you our cozy and spacious studio unit in the newly built Tower 5 of the Fern at Grass Residences. Our unit is designed with guests’ comfort in mind. With its fully-equipped kitchen, hotel quality mattress and linens, washing machine, continuous internet connection (PLDT Fibr 100 mbps), 43” Smart TV with Netflix to boot, our unit will be your home away from home, may it be for a short term staycation or extended travel stay. The space Located at the 40th floor of the newly turned over Tower 5, our unit offers you stunning sunset views and as an obsevation deck for the hustle and bustle of the city life below. Admin office is open from Mondays-Friday (9 am-6 pm) and Saturdays (9 am-1 pm). Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. Please keep this in mind when booking and allow ample time to have your visitor’s permit to be processed. Requirement for Visitor’s permit: •Copy of any government-issued ID for Filipino guests and passport for non-Filipinos. For short term visitors, access to amenities like basketball court, gym and pool can be arranged for a fee of Php150/per head per amenity per day. For visitors on visitors’ permit, pool is available all day from Tuesday to Friday, until 1 pm on Saturdays, and is closed for visitors on Sunday and Public Holidays (only open for long term tenants and unit owners). Amenities are closed every Monday for cleaning. Wristbands for pool use can be obtained from the concierge. Parking within the building can be pre-arranged. Requirements to process will be OR/CR and driver’s license. Please let us know in advance as this will be subject to availability. Price may vary. Paid parking on the premises (covered parking besides BDO across T5, and Tower 2 premises) are available on a first come, first serve basis. Alternatively, you may also park overnight at SM North EDSA for P350. Other things to note COVID-19 Precautions we take: •We deep clean and sanitize our unit after every booking •Common areas such as lobby and elevators are routinely sanitized by housekeeping For safety and hygiene purposes and as mandated by the condominium property management, SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED (including e-cigarettes and vaping) on any part of the unit including balcony area and is considered a violation and is subject to penalty.
