Lovely roof top Apartment, 2 min away from lake

Our place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, and the city centre. You’ll love ou place because of the light, the comfy bed, and the cosiness. Our place is good for couples, business travellers, and families(with kids). There is one bedroom fitted with 1 double bed + an optional toddlers bed. In the living room there is sofa bed(sleeps 2) and another sofabed(sleeps 1). Within the livingroom is a little kitchenspace with 2 hubs. Total squaremetres 96 / 1033 sqft The space The space is on the top floor of a 1843 built Villa named Marienheim. The attic was converted into the apartment 12 years ago. The view from the living room over the garden towards the mountains, the lake and the castle 'Schloss Orth' is stunning. The apartment is very cosy, the wood heated stove gives you even more cosiness. The houses is next door to the 'Kulturcafe' (no noise pollution...;) which is a great place to hang out for drinks and food if you like. 2 min walk from the house is a public swimming ground at the lake called Lehenaufsatz. Another 8 - 10 minutes walk into the town centre you reach the main square where boats depart which bring you around the lake. This is the old town with lots of little alleys, amazing buildings, shops and so on. Guest access You will get the keys to the apartment and the rest is about you making yourself feel at home..;) Will not be a big deal, I can promise
