The space Hot tub available from 1st September to 20th April and costs 100 EUR for a day and 160 EUR for 2 days, comes with extra towels and bath salt. Please let us know if you wish to add hot tub to your reservation at least 3 days before your arrival. Requests made after that couldn’t be guaranteed. Heated pool available from 1st May to 20th September for free, of course. Garden facilities: BBQ with some wood provided, Sun beds, Umbrellas, Wooden furniture, Rain-proof patio, Garden lighting. Please note that quiet hours start at 22:00 and we kindly ask guests to move inside 22:30. Downstairs Dinning Room: more than 4 meters long dinning table with cozy interior and lighting. Suitable for large groups and family dining where you can continue to have fun with large groups as long as you want. Bathrooms: Upstairs: 1x common area bathroom + 1x attached bathroom Downstairs: 2x common area bathrooms Bedrooms: 4 Bedrooms upstairs, each with a double-bed and quality mattresses with TV and AC (2x). Parking: inside for 1 car and outside for many cars in front of the house. Nearby: Formula 1, 0-24 grocery stores, fishing lake, horse riding farm, fields and forests, fresh air, quiet zone, great for walking, biking, etc. Guest access The pool is available and heated until 20th September but it depends on the weather. Please note that we have Quiet Hours in the garden after 22:00. On top of the basic amenities we provide extra towels: one for the bathroom and one for the pool. In the kitchen you'll find a Nespresso coffee machine, some cookies and tea.
