The space Efficiently designed studio space with many architectural details and all original fine art. 16' x 25' (375 sq ft) European aesthetics and compact design with kitchenette as prescribed by code/homestay guidelines. WiFi and Bluetooth speaker provided. No television. Comfortably designed for two adults but could accommodate an additional small child if desired. Guest access There is a locked fire door between rental space and main house. Completely autonomous and private studio unit with it's own entrance. Other things to note Close to all the breweries and attractions in South Slope, the Biltmore Village, River Arts District and East Asheville. Also only 5 minutes to The Blue Ridge Parkway which has beautiful vistas and hikes no matter the season. Excellent access to all freeways. The property is our year round home and studio so we're generally near if you need us, although we do not share any interior spaces. You may see us around working, playing, entertaining and enjoying the place as well. There are AirBNB apartments on each end of the building. Generally, both units are leased on any given date. Please park in asphalt driveway to the left so that other guests have a full parking space as well. Also, front deck and seating area are shared with all guests.
