TV has Netflix so you can chill out and put your feet up and watch all your favorite programs. The Main bathroom has a generous custom made wooden bath so that you can take a long soak after a day venturing. The main bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed and lots of hanging space The second bedroom has two single beds so prefect for the kids or single friends. There is large air conditioning/heat pump unit in the living area to keep you cool in the summer months and keep you toasty warm in winter, along with a fire *Please note that this is a three bedroom home that has two separate listings. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom will be locked when booking the home as a two bedroom place. If you wish to have access to this area you may book the three bedroom home via the hosts other listings - Lake Vies Viscount. Guest access You will have full access to this stunning modern home with an opened planned kitchen and living area with amazing lake and mountain views and unlimited Wi-fi internet. There is an off street car port parking for one vehicle and plenty of street parking also available. Please note that the property has a very steep driveway so access to parking is best when having turned around at the end off the street first. There is outdoor stairs to access to property, so no wheelchair access sorry. Other things to note TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS - If government travel restrictions prevent you from undertaking your booking we will offer you the opportunity to change your booking to a later date. There maybe a price difference for your new travel dates corresponding to the calendar. If you choose not to accept a date change then the cancellation policy with your booking will stand. We recommend you arrange travel insurance. PETS - If you are wanting to bring your pet you are required to send the host a message outlining your pet/guest request. All pet poo needs to be picked up and disposed of in a rubbish bag and in the outdoor rubbish bin. If poo is left on the property in and or outside $200 will be kept from your deposit. Any damage caused from your pet will be at the guests expense. Please note that the property is not fully fenced. WOOD BURNER: The home has a wood burner and large heatpump in the living and dining area that provides cozy warmth to the house during the cold winter months. There are also heat panels in each of the bedrooms to take to chill out of the room during the cold winter months. *please note the wood burner is not to be used during the summer months and wood will not be provided during Summer months.
