The space The 35 sqm brand new apartment is in the very downtown of Bp's historic Jewish old town, looking on to a wide and sunny pedestrian precinct with bars and cafes. Nightlife is the coolest in these streets nowadays!!! (Ruinbars and Gozsdu Court just next to my ap.) Many bakeries, designer shops, antiquities, supermarkets are in the next Király str. 1 min. from the apartment. ATTENTION: As there are many people in the streets in the evening and nights the apartment may be noisy, mainly weekends and in the summer. Altough the windows are good quality and close noise out, but if you are looking for a quiet place it is not that ! :( The APARTMENT has just been renewed at the highest standard with Wifi, air-condition. I merged modern & elegant style with some youngish & trendy elements when building and designing the flat. Everything is brand new and clean. LIVING ROOM: Sunny room with huge windows, wood laminate flooring, big (180x200 cm) double bed, which can be separated into 2 single beds, with comfortable thick mattrass and a sofa bed which can easily be turned into a 160x200 comfortable double bed. Bar table & 3 bar chairs in front of the window facing the pedestrian precinct. Flat TV, Air condition, black-out courtain (which can absolutely keep out light, steam iron)…From October to April nice warm flat with the opportunity to close the radiator. BATHROOM: Tiled with elegant white marble, shower with glass door, free showergel & shampoo, washbasin, free cottonbuds, toilet, hairdryer…. KITCHEN: Modern white glossy kitchen units, microwave, toaster, kettle, induction cooker, small fridge with mini freezer.
