Cozy 2-bedroom, minutes from LA's Arts District

Welcome to our home! Please enjoy your stay while we are out of town in our cozy two-bedroom home, with backyard porch, fire pit, and Traeger grill. A 15-minute walk from LA's Art's District (courtesy of the new 6th St. bridge), you'll be near some of the best restaurants, breweries/bars and next to DTLA (with even more great restaurants and bars). You'll also be conveniently located near the 10, 5, and 101, letting you easily get anywhere around LA. Dog in photos not included in rental :) The space You will have a two bedroom, two bathroom house to yourself. Each room has a queen size bed that can sleep two. We also have a couch for a 5th person to sleep. You can use of any food/snacks you find, as well as our laundry machine. We have a bar cart and a Traeger to barbecue. We simple ask if you use a decent amount of anything, you replace it. There is a lemon tree out front that you may help yourself to. The orange tree in the backyard is not really edible, so you might want to avoid those. Guest access Like most things, you can get around by car. The house is conveniently located near major highways, so you easily get around town. We leave one spot available in our gated driveway, but for more than one car, there is free street parking out front with street cleaning on Thursday and Friday morning, so you'll just need to be mindful of that. Additionally, we have two bikes available to use to get around town. We have a tire pump to fill the Specialized bike to 100 PSI and the Appaloosa bike to 60-70psi, and a couple of helmets. You will assume any risk and assume responsibility should it get damaged/stolen. Other things to note I've tried to include all the helpful information, but I'll be available to answer any questions you might have while you're here. If you are staying when it's Wednesday, please put the trash (black bin) and recycling (blue bin) on the street to be picked up. This is a non-smoking property. If you wish to smoke, we ask you do it outside. This is our home and you'll notice somethings are there, but will not be for use. This includes the cars and anything in the back shed. We also have made space in the closet and drawers, but if you see clothes there, please leave them put. This is our home, so no parties. Things break at parties and we'd prefer things don't break. There are trash bins for you to use in front of our house. Blue is recycling and the black one is for regular trash. Gardener comes every other Monday AM, don't lock the front gate on Sunday PM and they will let themselves in or out. There are outdoor cats that run on the property. They are harmless, but tend to use our lawn as a litter box. If you bring a pet, be mindful that they might indulge in a snack (Ours does. It's gross, but nothing a dental dog treat can't solve) You must also acknowledge If you damage the home, you will be responsible for the costs. Surveillance or recording devices on property - There are cameras at all the entrances to our property. There are no cameras in your space.
