Lovely cozy apartment close to thermal baths

This lovingly furnished apartment with 3 bedrooms is located in the high-altitude Burbach of the municipality of Marxzell. Enjoy your stay in the farmhouse built in 1945 and completely renovated. The surroundings offer a lot for nature lovers. Numerous hiking trails run through the surroundings, which are characterized by small streams, forests and meadows. You can cool off in the forest swimming pool afterwards. The space The house has two apartments that can also be used separately. Consequently, there are two kitchens, two bathrooms and two guest toilets. There are a total of 5 bedrooms with 6 beds and a sofa bed. The whole house can accommodate up to 12 people. The kitchens are each equipped with a table for 5-6 people. There is no table for everyone together. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and two on the 1st floor, the third in the attic. The rooms are lovingly furnished. The bathrooms and the toilets are freshly renovated and have a window. The door of one of the guest toilets does not close properly. If that bothers you, just use the toilet in the bathroom. In the basement, there is a washing machine with a drying function that can be used. We live in the back house on the property and are happy to help you. Guest access The small town of Burbach can be reached from 3 sides (Marxzell, Moosalbtal, Schöllbronn/Ettlingen. It is located at approx. 300 meters above sea level and many hikes can be started from here. You can park right on the street in front of the house. There is plenty of room for 3 cars here. Not far from the apartment is an Icelandic horse stud farm, whose horses graze on the numerous surrounding paddocks. In the village itself there is a small supermarket. Please check the opening hours - it is not open every day. In the next town, there are also larger supermarkets or village shops with products from the region. A nice breakfast café can be found at the sports club. For more tips, feel free to contact us. Other things to note There is a TV, but no TV connection. This means that you can only use movies or streaming services via a console you bring with you. You are welcome to bring and connect a PlayStation or similar yourself. The Wi-Fi is not very good and only okay in the large room on the 2nd floor. This is due to the village location and unfortunately cannot be changed.
