The space This 3BR/2BA home offers a serene, calming atmosphere with a spacious backyard designed for relaxation. Enjoy multiple seating areas in the sun or under the awning, perfect for unwinding throughout the day. End each evening with a dip in the hot tub as you gaze at the garden, the bistro lights, or the clear Sonoma skies. The garden features blooming roses, Japanese maple trees, jasmine, wisteria, and fresh herbs, creating an inviting space to soak up the sun and connect with family and friends. Inside, the open-concept layout provides plenty of room to gather. After exploring Sonoma, curl up by the easy-to-use gas fireplace in the living room. For convenience, the home includes voice-activated lighting and temperature control, as well as books, games, and puzzles for your enjoyment. This retreat is ideal for relaxation, birthdays, or quality time with loved ones, and the solar-powered system makes it an eco-friendly stay. The home is in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood within minutes of fantastic vineyards such as BR Cohn, Hamel, Imagery, and Loxton. It’s also a short drive to the Fairmont Spa, as well as gourmet Mexican food, ice cream, and local bakeries (see our guidebook). For outdoor adventures, head to Jack London or Bartholomew, just 10–15 minutes away, where you’ll find hikes through vineyards, rolling hills, oak trees, and beautiful vistas. We would love to host you in our home-away-from-home. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, as Sonoma County strictly enforces quiet hours and prohibits loud gatherings. Thank you for helping us maintain our peaceful neighborhood. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and backyard during their stay. A car is essential, as most places you’ll want to visit are within a 10–15 minute drive, including wineries, restaurants, and hiking trails. The driveway fits two cars, with a strict two-car maximum. No street parking is available or permitted. Biking is also an option, as several wineries are within a 10-minute ride. Please note that the route involves biking alongside a highway. Other things to note IMPORTANT: NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND. This includes loud music, loud conversation, or hot tub use after 9pm. Sonoma County quiet hours are 9pm to 7am and are strictly enforced with fines and potential loss of our license. To comply with County regulations, the home uses Minut, an Airbnb-supported device that monitors excessive noise and detects large gatherings. Our home is on a quiet street and we know our neighbors well. We expect guests to respect the neighborhood, house rules, and all County regulations. Thank you. Street parking is not encouraged.
