The houseboat is on a premium spot in the Amstel river. Enjoy the view from the terrace or hammock and cool down by swimming in the Amstel river, just like a local! The boat is a great starting point for exploring the city - only 10 minutes away from the city centre by public transport. Or walk only 20 minutes to be in trendy spots like de Pijp. Surrounding the boat itself are plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets - everything you would need to enjoy a holiday in Amsterdam. The living room has a spacious and modern layout. Prepare delicious meals in our fully equipped kitchen with an Amstel view. The boat has two bedrooms. Our master bedroom has a double bed (160cm) with airconditioning. We also have a twin room that has two single beds. If you would like to work from home, we can set up one or two desks with monitors and keyboards - on request. We do have a washing machine available to use in our basement - do give us a heads up if you want to use it so we can make sure everything is ready for you :) This is our home and we hope you can come and enjoy the space as much as we do! 😊 Parking: • Most convenient option: There’s paid parking outside the houseboat via local ticket machines. Note that parking in the area is very pricey. • Cheaper option: For a cheaper option, try parking at Bijlmer Arena and taking the metro to Amstel station (only 2 minutes away). They usually have EV chargers at the park and rides. • EVs: There are also multiple EV chargers right outside the boat. It can be busy but we have an EV and we always get something. Guest access You will have full access to the entire boat. Make yourself at home! Other things to note Freshly made up beds will be waiting for you upon arrival and we will provide towels.
