I am equipped calmly and brightly for your holiday on Koh Samui / Lamai Beach. i am quiet and brightly decorated for your vacation on Koh Samui/Lamai Beach. The space I am equipped calmly and brightly for your holiday on Koh Samui / Lamai Beach. I own an air condition, a LCD-TV and I always offer cold drinks out of my mini bar. For relaxing I have a wonderful bed for the night and a nice balcony/terrace for the day. Against moscitos I have protection in front of all the windows and doors. By the way my cleaned air condition always offers a good climate (the electricity for the air condition is additionally billed by an extra counter). We are three rooms and we can offer 2 classic, nice bath rooms and also a friendly, confortable living room with a big dining table as well as a sufficient supply of crockery, cutlery, glasses and a water boiler for coffee,tea etc. Our location has a distance of 5 minutes to the center of the fantastic beach of Lamai by scooter. You can rent a scooter directly in our neighborhood. The beach will offer you lots of pleasure and can be reached in only 3 minutes by scooter. If you have any questions or if you need help, you can contact my owner Jo who already has been living here for many years and who is able to speak German and English. Coming from Berlin we are equipped by a western standard. How you can see I´m perfect for your holiday or your long-term stay :-) I am quiet and bright set up for your vacation on Koh Samui/Lamai Beach. Have air conditioning, LD TV and always provide cold drinks with my minibar. To relax I have a fantastic bed for the night and for the day I have a beautiful balcony/terrace. Against mosquitoes, I have protection from all the windows and doors and good climate always ensures my air conditioning that is always cleaned (electricity for air conditioning is charged with an extra meter in addition) There are three of us and have 2 classically beautiful bathrooms to offer, as well as a friendly cozy living room with large dining area. For dinner I am happy to offer you the necessary dishes, as well as kettle for coffee or tea. Our location is 3 minutes away from the fantastic Lamai beach and you can rent the scooter in the immediate vicinity. The beach promenade offers you a colorful experience and is only 5 minutes away from me with scooter. If you have any questions or need help, my owner Jo is at your disposal for the years here lives and German speaks English, since he is from Berlin, we are very furnished here in the western standard.
