Bridge Cottage is a recently renovated traditional holiday cottage on the Isle of Skye in the small village of Luib. Set away from the main road, Bridge Cottage enjoys rural views and there is a popular day walk starting from the doorstep! Luib is a central location for exploring the whole of the Isle of Skye. There is a lounge, kitchen / diner, a double and a twin bedroom and a bathroom. There is parking to the side of the cottage. Set away from the main road, Bridge Cottage enjoys rural views and there is a popular day walk starting from the doorstep! Luib is a central location for exploring the whole of the Isle of Skye. The cottage is a traditional building that has been extensively modernised with a bright airy feel; laminated oak floors, open staircase and velux windows. The entrance area is a large porch where you could safely store bikes and walking gear. The lounge is a cosy space to curl up in with a log burner, TV and seating for up to 4 people. The modern and open kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave, Fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a dining area seating up to 4 people with views over the crofts. The open staircase leads to the attic style bedrooms comprising a double and a twin bedroom. There is a lovely slate tiled bathroom. Outside there is garden furniture to enjoy the rural views from and access to the log store at the side of the cottage. There is private parking to the side of the cottage. Important Information: Families are welcome at this property. Linen, towels, electricity and the final clean are included in the rental. There is a £30 per pet per week/short breaks pet fee applicable. Additional charges will only occur for breakages or any additional cleaning. It would be appreciated if the cottage was left in the same order as you found it. Many thanks! £45 admin fee will be charged for any amendments to the booking. EV Charging is not permitted. Whilst we hope that none of our guests experience issues during their stay, we do need to point out that due to the cottage's location on the Isle of Skye, some services can be tempermental and can take a lengthy delay to get resolved. Internet speed can be very slow and the service can fluctuate during the day and week. Mobile phone signal is very patchy on the Isle of Skye. Also, to replace any broken appliances, it can take weeks for a delivery to happen. We will at all times try our hardest to rectify any issues but please bear with us as there can be issues due to location that are out with our control. Cottage directions and key information are emailed approximately 14 days in advance of the arrival date.
