THE KITCHEN: Has a homely vibe and is fully equipped with all the cooking equipment you could need. There's a large fridge-freezer, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, and the all-important coffee machine to kick-start your mornings. THE DINING ROOM: A sociable, open-plan space adjoining the kitchen. Elegantly decorated, it has a dining table for 4 so you can chat as a family over breakfast and dinner. BEDROOM #1: The largest bedroom, features a luxurious king-sized bed, stylish décor, and a 40" HD Roku TV with PlayStation Vue subscription. Filled with light, it is also a comfortable place to relax and sleep. BEDROOM #2: Enjoy a restful night's sleep in a plush queen-sized bed. This room also has a desk and attractive decorative touches in line with the rest of the house. BEDROOM #3: Sleep soundly in a comfortable queen-sized bed then step out onto the deck to greet the morning! This room has direct access to the rear deck, and also has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower, plus a wall-mounted 40" Smart Roku TV. THE MAIN BATHROOM: Clean with chic neutral décor and modern amenities. There's a shower over the bathtub and even a hairdryer for your convenience. THE LAUNDRY ROOM: Located outside off of the carport, the laundry room houses a washing machine and dryer (the fridge here is unplugged and not in use). We've provided washing detergent and other cleaning essentials. THE OUTSIDE SPACE: Relax with a drink, enjoy family-time, or flip burgers on the grill! Basement Note: There is a basement but it is unfinished and used as storage and HVAC mechanical. This wont be accessible and no one lives there or on the property. The place is all yours.
