Spectacular sea view, huge garden, lots of space

A bright, warm, spacious house with glorious sea views and 3 acre garden, a paradise for kids . Rabbits, red squirrels and birds of prey can be spotted, there are trails to follow and camps to be made behind the house up the hill. Three modern bathrooms, comfortable sofas, well equipped kitchen and 55" Tv with internet for snuggle down evenings. Anglesey has a varied stunning coastline with good beaches and some great pubs. Nothing is far and you can go on great walks straight from the house. The space There’s plenty of room to spread out but also to be together to eat and relax. On the ground floor there is a double room with kingsize bed, two rooms which can be twin or double as you prefer. The little room has a travel cot and folding baby chair and can have a small sofa bed but there isn’t one at the moment. There’s a double air bed that can be used if necessary. On the first floor is the bedroom with kingsize bed and balcony as well as separate dressing room. There is a loft space on that level but we ask you not to go in there, especially children. There are 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and one on the first floor. They are all modern, with excellent showers, heated towel rails etc. Two have underfloor heating and the third, (ground floor) has a bath. The sitting room is huge with the picture window one end and the conservatory the other - so there is masses of light and views of the garden one side, the sea the other. The conservatory is also the dining room with the big table and lounging white leather sofa. The kitchen adjoins the conservatory and has a gas job, electric oven, modern units and plenty of everything for 8 people. The garden has a swing seat and comfortable bench as well as a lookout bench behind the house in the garden at the top of the hill! There are two largish but not deep garden ponds. Toddlers and small children must be watched but with the size of the garden they would have to toddle very energetically to get to them. The drive has plenty of room for several cars but we are in the process of replacing the gates so there is no barrier at the front to contain dogs or children, so that side they need watching. Other things to note When you book I’ll send you a helpful set of info about the house and area. There is a printer in the house if you need it. WiFi is good and there is telephone reception for mobiles in the house (not obvious in rural Wales).
