Large three bedroom apartment with pool designed meticulously to create your home away from home. Just a short walk from the the beach this home features a large front deck with ocean views and and courtyard out the back with inbuilt seating and a shaded pergola for chilling out around the pool. The space ** Now with AC in all bedrooms + living spaces and Starlink installed 2025 A beautiful two story home just a stone's throw from Spooky Beach, Angourie Point and the famous Blue and Green pools. Recently renovated with high end bespoke detailing the house embodies Japanese simplicity and the warm tones of Californian design. A large entertaining deck with built in BBQ looks out to ocean views and national park. At the back of the house is a private pool, sunbed and a hot/cold outdoor shower. Another shaded pergola with outdoor bench seating for escaping the sun. A basketball ring on the driveway for the big and little kids. Upstairs we have 3 large bedrooms upstairs. The master suite has a king bed, ensuite with ocean views. All new super comfortable mattresses. For families the oversized bedroom upstairs is a perfect kids hangout with built in bunks, TV nook and toys for the kids. The large kitchen is well equipped for entertaining with a Nespresso machine, microwave, cheese boards etc. A huge island is designed for cooking and entertaining. The open dining area has a large dining table with in-built bench seating and dimmable mood lighting for entertaining. There is a living room which opens out to the front deck and a separate TV den with smart TV and built in sofa for lazy movie nights after a day at the beach. We also have a full laundry with washer and dryer and additional toilet downstairs. Double remote control garage + off street parking in front of garage. All bed linens and bath towels are provided as well as Turkish towels for use at the beach or out around the pool. The pantry is stocked with the basics olive oil, salt and pepper, tea, coffee and spices. For families we have a high chair, porta cot and linens, kids plates and bowls, stair gate, bunk beds, books and a basketball ring. Please note, this is not a party house. House sleeps 8, but a maximum 6 adults. The top bunks are for kids only. We do not accept bucks/ hens or schoolies. Any event or occasion that involves people coming to the house that are not included in the approved staying guests will need to contact us before booking for approval. Angourie is a special community chosen for its quiet and serene nature, we ask our guests to respect and enjoy this environment. Any loud music outside at night will not be tolerated by neighbours.
