Accommodating up to eight guests, the villa also features wireless internet access. All home furnishings and appliances are included, and the villa boasts tasteful interior design. Villa KAYAKÖY is 400 meters from the market, 500 meters from restaurants, 5 km from beaches, 100 meters from public transportation, 1 km from the city center, and 60 km from the airport. Pool: Villa KAYAKÖY has a private swimming pool within its private garden, measuring 1.50 meters deep, 8 meters long, and 4 meters wide. There is a children's pool with a jacuzzi. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily by authorized personnel, either in the morning or evening. There is a sun terrace by the pool. Our pool heating is turned off between December - January - February. Private Garden: Villa KAYAKÖY's private garden is secluded and not visible from the outside. Within the lush garden are a sun terrace, a private pool, a children's pool with jacuzzi, four sun loungers and seating areas, and a shower. Garden and pool maintenance is performed once a day, either in the morning or evening. Internet: The villa has Wi-Fi. Due to the area's infrastructure, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Internet access is sufficient for emails, social media accounts, and accessing newspapers and news sites, but not for watching movies and videos or downloading files. Extras: Villa KAYAKÖY is secluded, and the garden and pool are not visible from the outside. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. The villa is delivered in a clean and well-maintained condition. All rooms are air-conditioned. There is a jacuzzi in the garden and in the master bedroom. The villas are free of hygiene products (toilet paper, water, spices, etc.). Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas are included in the villa rental price. There are no additional charges. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, car rental, guide services, health insurance, and other expenses are not included in the price. All of our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly sprayed with pesticides. Despite this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, and flies in the surrounding area. All windows are equipped with mosquito screens. We do not guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with secluded pools. A 5% privacy policy is always maintained in these villas.
