The townhome is located in a safe, gated resort which includes 24 hour security. Other amenities include a restaurant/bar, swimming pool with double slides, Jacuzzi and a gym. Prior to your arrival we will provide you with the gate code to enter the resort and your own private entry code for the front door. Check-in begins anytime after 4pm. Checkout must be completed by 11am. Each of the two master bedrooms has its own private bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. The full bathrooms all have a vanity, commode, tub and shower. A hair dryer is also available. Guests are responsible for their toiletries for the duration of their stay (toilet paper and soap provided). **Fresh towels are located in the linen closet. They may be used for the pool, but must be brought back to the house after use. ** Please report any leaks or plumbing problems to host immediately, so they can be repaired. LAUNDRY The washer and dryer are located on the second floor. A welcome supply of laundry detergent and fabric softener will be located in the second floor linen closet. A fresh supply of linens and towels are provided in the second floor linen closet. Please wash laundry and linens if needed during your stay. Please ask for instructions if needed.
