Upon request: daily cleaning, babysitting. In a place preferred for its natural, archaeological, and cultural resources, Monteverde extends across a hill of approximately seven hectares, to the slopes of Castelnuovo Magra in the province of La Spezia. The unique sea of Cinque Terre, the nature of Versilia and the Parco delle Apuane, frame the farm which is found 6 Km from the coast. Vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees are cultivated with passion and professionalism. Marmalades, vegetables, eggs are also produced. D.O.C. wines from Colli di Luni and extra-virgin olive oil are sold directly. All apartments have heat, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. Available to the clients is a panoramic swimming pool in the middle of the olive trees.There is also a small gym with technogym equipment. Tennis courts and riding grounds are outside the farm, but are easily reached in just a few minutes. Bank, pharmacy and general necessities are found in the immediate area. Other things to note Agriturismo MONTEVERDE occupies three old Ligurian farmsteads, restored respecting local architectural tradition. Within the estate of 7 hectares, beyond 3 restored farm houses, there's an XIX century's villa, where the owners live and another villa with 2 apartments for rental. The XIX century's villa is sorrounded by a 6000 mq. park with a small orchard. Large internal and external spaces are dedicated to our guests, all apartments have a bathroom, heat, air-conditioning and are on the ground floor, with the exception of the Edera, Iris and Ginestra apartments. Included in the prices of our apartments are: weekly cleaning, bed and bath linens, heat, air-conditioning, guided tours of the farm, fenced-in parking, barbeque grill, use of the swimming pool and gym.
