The apartment is a charming 20 m2 studio, with independent entrance, in the garden of a villa located in a very quiet area close to the city center. The beaches and the Old Port are a 10-minute walk away. The swimming pool (unheated, and accessible from May to October) is located in front of the studio (use is shared only with us). Parking is free and easy in front of the house (private cul-de-sac). For motorcyclists or 2-wheel vehicles, it is possible to park in the closed courtyard. The space The bed (140) is a mezzanine bed. It is also possible to use the sofa bed below if the raised bed is not suitable for you (however it is not intended for an additional traveler, the studio is for 2 people). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and cooktop (gas). The bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet. Guest access The studio is independent. Access is via the villa's garden.
