New, modern, bright, clean, quiet, completely renovated (May 2019) private locked room no. 5, 20m2, in guest house on Tovarniška 35a , fully equipped shared kitchen and shared bathroom (shower & toilet) for max. 6 guests in 3 rooms on first floor, private parking 4Eur/day, near centre. Fully equipped, sheets, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, washing machine, drying machine, washing powder, welcome basket, coffee, tea, tourist information material included. The space New, bright, modern, clean and completely renovated private room no.5, 20m2, on the first floor of a guest house on Tovarniška 35a, situated 2,5 km from the city center (half an hour walk) next to the BTC main shopping center of Ljubljana. There are bars, markets, restaurants and shops in the vicinity. There are public bus stops for buses 2, 7 ,12, 7L, 12D, 27, 27K near by which bring you to the city center in 15 minutes. The guest house has 12 private rooms with 24 beds, and was completely renovated in May 2019, all furniture and equipment is new. Private room is on the first floor of a guest house where there are 3 double private rooms. The fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (shower and toilet) on the second floor are shared among max. 6 guests in 3 rooms. Private room has 20 m2 and includes: - double bed with 2 new high quality mattresses 90x200, - 4 wardrobes; - 2 tables with two chairs; - mirror; Shared kitchen for max. 6 guests includes: - fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators, freezer, oven, electric cooker, dishes, pots, cutlery, and all the kitchen equipment you might need; - dining corner with dining table with 4 chairs; - 1 cupboard; - mirror; Shared bathroom for max. 6 guests on second floor includes: - sink, large mirror, shower & toilet; - 2 cupboards. Towels and bed linen, tea and coffee are included in the price, internet is free. On arrival, the welcome basket waits for our guests. There is a hair dryer, washing detergents, extra shower gel and shampoo in case you don’t have your own. Guests can use a washing and drying machine, iron and ironing desk in the basement of the guest house for free. There is a private, secure parking place available in the courtyard of the guest house behind the gate. Guests have to inquire about it and get our confirmation before their arrival. The price for the private parking is 4 eur/day payable in cash on arrival. If you need any help with transport arrangements or bookings, we gladly help you. If you arrive between 4p.m. and 8p.m., one of our team members can wait for you in the guest house if you do not prefer a self check in. If you arrive after 8 p.m. the key of the main entrance and of your room will be left in the key box next to the entrance of the house. Rooms are numbered, so our guests can find them easily. You will be able to use the kitchen and the bathroom on the first floor as well as drying and washing machine in the basement. During your stay One of my team members can meet you from 4 - 8 p.m. if you do not prefer a self check in. In case of a late arrival you will do a self check in. Me or one of my team members will always be available during our guests stay. Other things to note Tourist tax of 3,13 EUR/person/night (a tourist tax 2,50 Eur in force from May 1st 2018, plus a promotion tax of 0,63 EUR in force from Jan.1, 2019) is not included in the price and will be charged upon your arrival in cash. Children up to 7 years of age are exempt from paying the tourist tax. Persons of 7 to 18 years of age pay only 50% of the tax , that is 1,57 EUR.
