Deeded Hyatt timeshare owner offering this awesome villa. All the privacy & luxury of a Hyatt resort room with full kitchen. Reservations are confirmed & fixed based on availability calendar. You can check-in late or check-out early within the week without penalty. Hyatt Residence Club Main Street Station Breckenridge is in the heart of Breckenridge on Main Street with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, activities including lifts to the mountain all within walking distance The space Close to ski lift and base of Peak 9 mountain for skiing and hiking; Note: Like most hotels and properties in Breckenridge, all units at Hyatt Residence Club Breckenridge Main Street Station do not have air conditioning since it is not needed for the relatively short and mild summers in Breckenridge (elevation of >10k feet); Fans and dehumidifiers are provided Guest access Guests will check-in with the Resort's front desk and will need to provide an ID (drivers license or passport) that matches the information on the reservation provided to me. Room keys are coded and will only be given to properly authorized guests NOTE: Any late check outs will be considered based on occupancy and a nominal fee. The lobby will be open from 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. If you plan on arriving after 10:30 p.m. please contact the resort to set up arrangements for your check in. Other things to note - If your stay is less than 7 nights, then please note and factor in the Resort may directly charge you a split week fee of $80 which you will be responsible for at check-out. - Guests must abide by the Resort's rules and terms during the stay . - A valid government issued identification (e.g. drivers license or passport) and credit/debit card is required at check-in for incidentals and damage deposit - Guests are responsible for any personal expenses incurred while occupying a Unit, as well as for any damage, theft, or loss incurred. For security purposes, keys will only be given to the name on the reservation and a valid government or state-issued photo ID is required at check-in. - Daily housekeeping is NOT included and only available upon request with the front desk and will be charged directly to the guest by the resort. Cleaning upon check-out is included with your stay. - Actual villa unit will be assigned at check-in with the front desk of resort; pictures are representative of villa units and may slightly differ due to assigned unit and routine refurbishments and enhancements
