Ginentonic Cottage is a detached character, 2 bedroom, self-catering cottage for up to 3 people with superbly appointed private amenities to enjoy as you wish. There are many places nearby to visit and activities to participate in. These include: numerous beaches, coves, islands, gardens, coastal walks, surfing, diving, golf, fishing, art, history and wonderful locally sourced food. The space Ginentonic Cottage is a detached period building tucked away in the sunny courtyard of Old Temperance House in St Keverne, a thriving village community, located on the beautiful Lizard Peninsula, within the South Coast Western section of the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. St Keverne Village has two pubs and an organic restaurant providing excellent food, to take care of your dining, eating and drinking requirements without having to get in the car and drive. In addition, St Keverne has a butchers with deli providing local vegetables, bread, milk and cheeses, plus a well-stocked convenience store with Post Office. The market town of Helston has Sainsburys & Tesco, with Waitrose being in Truro, all provide home delivery service. Guest access Shared access with the owners, this leads onto the courtyard of Ginentonic Cottage. Check-in is from 1600hrs, Kevin & Claire will text guests should the cottage be cleaned & ready sooner. Kevin & Claire will welcome guests, then leave you to your peace and privacy, however being adjacent to Ginentonic Cottage, they are around to help with any questions or requirements. Other things to note Location St Keverne is walking distance to 4 beaches, Porthousestock, Porthallow, Godrevy Cove & Coverack, time ranges between 20 and 30 minutes. Local dive centre & water sports St Keverne is a wonderful base to explore this beautiful part of Cornwall. St Keverne Village has two pubs and an organic restaurant providing excellent food, to take care of your dining, eating and drinking requirements without having to get in the car and drive. In addition, St Keverne has a butchers with deli providing local vegetables, bread, milk and cheeses, plus a well-stocked convenience store with Post Office. The market town of Helston has Sainsburys & Tesco, with Waitrose being in Truro, all provide home delivery service. St Keverne is on the South West Coast path, therefore providing amazing walks and spectacular scenery. Depending on which month you visit, you may spot seals or even Humpback Whales in the Autumn & Winter months. Visit some of the local towns and villages such as Coverack, St Ives, Cadgwith Cove with sea shanties being performed every Friday night at the local Inn or visit St Michaels Mount and the Isles of Scilly, it’s all on the doorstep.
