Chybean Lodge - Lodge 4 Llanteglos Estate

Available for let is our lovely lodge in Llanteg Pembrokeshire. A quiet and peaceful retreat ideally situated just 5 minutes drive from the fantastic beach and local amenities of lovely Amroth, 10 minutes to the picturesque town of Saundersfoot and 20 minutes from beautiful Tenby. Set in a quiet rural location within the 10 acre grounds of Llanteglos Estate and complete with large field and children's play area the lodge provides the ideal base for exploring this amazing location. The space Recently refurbished to a high standard, the lodge is well equipped with double glazing, underfloor heating and electric fire and provides a cosy and relaxed environment. The lodge sleeps up to 6 in the form of an upstairs double bedroom and down stairs a twin bunk bedroom and a double sofa bed within the living area. The lodge offers a well equipped kitchen providing electric hob and oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge and all required kitchen ware for 6 people. The bathroom is equipped with an electric over the bath shower, sink, towel and full size bath. Guest access Guest will have access to all area within lodge 4 and are also free to roam the grounds of the wider Llanteglos estate and to make use of the childrens play area, large field for exercising dogs and tennis court. Guest can also make use of the on site pub the "Wanderers Rest Inn" which provide a warm welcome and friendly service. Other things to note Guests must provide their own bath towels Bed-linen is provided as well as one toilet roll and hand soap. There will also be a hand towel and bath mat in the bathroom and hand towels in the kitchen. Laundry facilities are available, approx. £6 to wash and dry a load. Book with the Site Reception Office Dogs are accepted by prior arrangement. There is no charge by the lodge owners for having your dog(s) at the lodge, however the site owner does charge £10 each dog per night (or £60 per week) and the lodge owner must notify the site owners in advance. This payment needs to be made at reception with the site owners on arrival. Dogs must be kept on a lead on the paths around the lodges and must not be left unattended in the lodges Parking is provided for one car in the name of the Hirer. If you require an extra space for cars/boats/trailers etc. an additional supplement is payable at reception to the site owners. This will attract a charge of £5 per night. The lodge is not on main sewers so it is VERY IMPORTANT THAT NAPPIES, BABY WIPES AND SANITARY ITEMS ARE NOT FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET. If a blockage is caused to the system a charge will be levied
