Ideal for young families, or a spacious retreat for couples, the cottage has been completely renovated and is fully equipped as a comfortable, spacious and homely base to relax and explore from! With two bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the living room, large kitchen dining room and an additional snug for kids or pets. The space We have a brand new kitchen, with underfloor heating, double oven, microwave, induction hob, Belfast sink, integrated dishwasher, large fridge freezer and wine fridge, and a large dining table for six people to comfortably sit around. The living room includes a large corner sofa, armchair and desk, along with Sky HD TV. The sofa converts to a double sofa bed if required, and there is also a log burning stove to enjoy a fire on those cooler evenings. The main bedroom includes a king sized double bed, with dressing table, built in wardrobes, window seat and plenty of space for your things. The second bedroom is cosy and includes a single day bed (with an additional mattress if required). This room is quite small - so there is no room to walk between the mattresses when it is pulled out fully. The cottage is located in the centre of a bustling village - you have the bakery, butcher, veg shop, deli and the pub right on your doorstep :) There is an additional 'snug' living space downstairs with two armchairs, guitar, books and a comfy bench seat to enjoy some quiet time, or perfect for entertaining little ones or keeping a furry friend in. The kitchen and dining space is ideal for family meals, and the back door opens out on to a sunny courtyard for al fresco meals, with a gas bbq and outdoor seating. There is also a large luxury bathroom with walk in shower, heated floor and direct access from the back of the property to wash off straight from the beach! There is also a large roof terrace with sun loungers to enjoy the morning and evening sunshine. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property Other things to note The financial services office next door have a right of access across the court yard to the back gate and to the separate toilet unit - this shouldn't impact the enjoyment of the property at all, but just something for guests to be aware of.
