Enjoy showering under the stars in our quirky, comfy and centrally located guest rooms. The space Comfy double bedroom with Bluetooth Sony speaker. Lounge area with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and sofa. En-suite inside toilet and wash basin with cold water. Outdoor hot water shower and sink. Access to a garden with pond, fire pit, large picnic bench, hammock and 2 friendly cats. Occasionally we may need to walk into the garden but guests have priority use. Private off road parking. Own access via back gate entrance. 5min walk to Braunton village, 7mins drive to Saunton Sands and 10mins drive to Croyde. Because the annex is attached to our house we are unable to accept guests with children or babies. Our cats may come into the annex if the garden sliding door is left open. Two heaters, hot water bottles and one fan available. Guest access Guest have their own access to the accommodation through the rear garden and their own private off road parking space. Other things to note Guests have main use of garden. We may need to walk through occasionally. Two friendly cats will also be using the garden. Unfortunately we can’t accept children or babies due to the annex being attached to our house. No smokers. Entrance to inside toilet and sink doorway is smaller than a usual sized door: 147cm high x 54cm wide.
