The walking paths right outside the apartment complex are safe for walks and jogs. Well equipped with backup generator for common areas, high speed lifts, pool, separate ladies and gents steam bath and sauna. What You See is What You Get :) Guest access You have access to the whole apartment, pool, steam bath and sauna. Other things to note We are happy to host you and as such please do read carefully the information below in order to manage your expectations while staying with us. We plan for your stay according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation. The compound is VERY sensitive to noise therefore no parties or events. Should any complaint arise during your stay, we will not hesitate to ask you to vacate immediately. For security reasons, we will request for your passport numbers to report at the guard house for verification on arrival. Please note unreported guests will not be allowed into the premises. Power is prepaid. Carefully save on power especially the water which is boiler heated. We will include instructions in the manual on how to operate it. Breakfast means tea/ coffee and sugar (provided only on check in). We are on the 4th floor and do not have mosquito nets, please remember to close the windows at dusk. For use of sauna and steam bath, please request an hour in advance to have it prepared for you. You are NOT to set the machine yourselves, our caretaker will do it for you.
