Close to all amenities. 3rd floor: double living room (TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, computer), equipped American kitchen, toilet, bathroom, sofa bed 4th floor: small adult room (double bed), two bedrooms (double bed in one bedroom/1.5-person bed in the other bedroom) and a bathroom (sink/vanity) without shower.
