Ochlipówka. House in Orava

Ochlipówka is a comfortable house for 10 people, with five bedrooms and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a direct exit to the sunny veranda. We invite you to spend time in its interiors or on a spacious plot with a fire pit. It's a great base for exploring Orava, both Polish and Slovak. The house is located near Babiogórskiego PN - hiking and biking trails, wooden architecture monuments, lifts, rope park and bikepark are at your fingertips. The space Feel free to Zubrzyca Górna, a quiet village located at the foot of Babia Góra and Policy, or rather its northwestern end - called by the inhabitants of Ochlipow. The house is located on a large plot located on a hillside. From here there are views of the monumental Babia Góra and the Tatras in the distance. The year-round, comfortable house offers five bedrooms, which can comfortably accommodate 8-10 people. The common area has a fireplace that allows you to heat the interior on cooler evenings or just relax in a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen includes basic equipment that allows you to prepare meals – but if you are not interested in cooking during your holiday, we will be happy to recommend food places in the area. The upper bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. We invite you to relax on a sunny veranda or in the shade of spread and ripe linden trees, birches, pines, and lobbies, proudly surrounding the house (consider mushroom picking!). The plot has a landscaped, covered fire pit with a grid. Spending time at home during evenings or bad weather, we recommend using board games, a TV, and WIFI, or a small library. Regardless of your choice, we recommend spending this time comfortably by the fireplace in our atmospheric living room. The neighborhood offers both natural and local culture experiences. Hiking trails in the area of Babiogórski National Park invite you to hike. 4 km away is the Krowiarki Pass, where the trails to Babia Góra and the Policy range start. Near Ochlipówka, you will also find dream paths for cycling, for example, starting right next to the house called "Rajsztag" stretching at the southern slopes of Babia Góra or the Babia Góra Trails in nearby Zawoi. At a distance of about 10 km a year-round chairlift on Mosorny Groń, and a 19 km ski slope in Spytkowice. It is worth a visit to the Orava Museum of the Orava Ethnographic Park in Zubrzycy Górna, as well as the open-air museum in nearby Sidzina and the surrounding wooden architecture. Near the house there is an attraction for the little ones - a rope park Wypasiona Dolina, right next to the Orawski Dwór inn. Our neighborhood is also a great base for trips to the Slovak Orava - Horna Orava Landscape Park, Orawski Castle and Lake Orawskie with its southern neighbors. Guest access At guests' disposal we offer the whole house, i.e. spacious living room, kitchen, 5 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet and additional toilet, garage, shed, garden, barbecue etc. Other things to note Heating - During transitional periods, the house can be heated by a fireplace as needed. During the winter season, central heating is available. NOTE - during the heating season, the house has an average temperature of about 19 degrees, hence the option of heating with a fireplace.
