Situated close to the historic market town of Richmond, nestled on the edge of Middleton Tyas Village is our loft apartment - suitable for couples, young families or friends looking to explore North Yorkshire and the North East. Sleeping upto 3 people (1 king bed/2 singles + 1 small double sofa bed), this is the perfect country retreat for those looking for a romantic weekend away, a bit of privacy for a local wedding, or a base to explore the North. The space The loft is accessed via 12 steps - so the property may be unsuitable for those who struggle with stairs. It is detached from the main house, and benefits from its own private entrance. * For groups larger than 2 people, please note that the shower and toilet facilities can only be accessed via the bedroom Features include: Wi-fi Internet, Smart TV, fully fitted kitchen including Fridge and Dishwasher The property is set in 18 acres of grazing land, and is part of a Equestrian (Dressage) facility, and therefore guests are welcome to watch if the horses are at work. Guests will have access to coffee and tea, and other provisions (milk, wine etc..) can be organised by request. The property is rural, based on the edge of Middleton Tyas village - however it does benefit from access to local village amenities (post office, shop) and 2 good quality country pubs both within 1 mile - The Shoulder of Mutton (http://www.shoulderofmuttonmiddletontyas.co.uk) and the Black Bull at Moulton (http://theblackbullmoulton.com/) - and with easy access to the fabulous Coach House Restaurant at Middleton Lodge. Guest access The property is self-contained. Guests will have access to the private gated car park. Access to washing and drying facilities can be provided if needed.
