This newly renovated apartment offers a bright, modern and centrally located holiday rental. Ski shops, ski schools, restaurants and lifts all a short walk away. The apartment also enjoys a large sunny balcony. The space The flat has one bedroom with both a double bed and pull-out single bed. The main room offers a double sofa bed, flat screen TV and table. The well equiped kitchen area has a fridge, dishwasher, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a bathroom with a bath/shower as well as a seperate WC. A large balcony with table and chairs and two deckchairs. The apartment is on the fourth floor (with lift) of the Grande Balme 2 residence in Tignes le lac. The front door of the building is fitted with a digicode. There is a private ski locker at the entrace of the building which you can use during your holiday. Other things to note The flat must be cleaned and left in the same state as when you arrived. Cleaning can be arranged for a fee of 50€. Duvet and pillows provided. Duvet covers and pillow cases are not provided although this can be arranged for a pressing fee of 20€ per double bed.
