Welcome to our flat! 🙂 We’ve created a comfortable and welcoming space — the perfect place to relax after a full day exploring Lisbon. Located in Bairro das Colónias, a traditional neighbourhood in the heart of Lisbon, where you can truly feel the city’s local lifestyle. Just around the corner is Avenida Almirante Reis, with restaurants, cafés, brunch spots, shops, and the nearby Miradouro do Monte Agudo. Anjos Metro Station is just a 3-minute walk away, offering easy access to the whole city The space We’ve lovingly renovated a traditional Lisbon apartment, preserving its classic charm while adding modern comforts. The apartment offers three well-appointed bedrooms: a spacious large-size room, a twin-bedroom, and a cozy single room. For families, we’re happy to provide a crib and a baby chair at no extra cost, ensuring a comfortable stay for your little ones 🙂 The fully equipped kitchen includes a welcoming dining area, perfect for shared meals and conversations, and opens onto a pleasant balcony. Located on the 1st floor of a classic Lisbon building, the apartment combines easy access with an authentic local living experience. Sustainability matters to us. Free cable TV and high-speed internet (wired and Wi-Fi). Fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine available. Comfortable beds with fresh bed linen, towels, and pillows provided. Other things to note In accordance with Portuguese law, we are required to collect and submit our guests’ identification details to the Portuguese Border Control authorities. Required data: - Full name - Date of birth - Place of birth - Nationality - Residential address - Country of residence - Identification document number - Type of identification document This information is required for all foreign guests, including citizens of European Union Member States and Third Country Nationals. Is providing identification mandatory? Yes. Providing valid identification is mandatory for all guests and a condition for using the apartment. House Rules - Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden. - Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties are not allowed. The apartment is located in a residential building—please respect the neighbours. - Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property, including furniture, objects, and utensils. - Access to the apartment is restricted to guests registered at check-in. - Pets and other animals are not allowed. - For long-term stays (over 20 days), an additional cleaning service is included every 15 days. - A refundable security deposit may be requested. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Failure to comply with these rules may result in financial penalties and/or immediate cancellation of the stay.
