You have the whole house to share with the other two guest rooms (living rooms, kitchen...) but we owners live in an independent part of the house. Our property "La Borie du Cambord" has more than 4 ha. Full breakfast included in the price. The space Labeled Gîte de France and classified 3 épis, the room (21 m²) is comfortable with hotel-quality mattress, 32'' Android HD TV, many storage spaces (shelves, wardrobe with hangers...), private bathroom with its beautiful bathtub, hairdryer, heating and fan for slightly warm summer nights. You also have everything you need for your comfort: sheets and towels (provide your bath towels for the use of the pool), shower gel and organic shampoo as well as a kettle with local organic herbal teas and coffee in the room. In the kitchen you will find the basic necessities: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, teas, herbal teas, coffee (Nespresso, filter or beans), tea towels for each room as well as all the necessary equipment to cook as well as a washing machine. In addition to the common areas of the house (described below), we have a large quiet, wooded and flowered garden with its beautiful salt and heated swimming pool (12 m x 6 m), its petanque court and its small wooden kiosks. You can also enjoy other activities such as table tennis, badminton, cycling... The property covers nearly 5 ha and also includes a wood and its remains (old walls, bories, stone ovens) that you can cross thanks to walking paths. The large garden and swimming pool are available for the guest rooms as well as the cottages that we rent on the property. Guest access You will share the common areas of the house with the other two guest rooms: the living room-veranda, the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, the multimedia living room (TV, DVD, books and comics, board games) as well as a private garden with outdoor lounge, dining table and gas barbecue/grill (for 3 guest rooms only). We are discreet but remain available to guests if needed. We took over this beautiful property in 2019, we renovated the interior to modernize it and make it more comfortable.
