Guest suite in San Diego

Private room with private en suite shower/restroom in Pacific Beach! This room has it's own private entry through the patio doors. 0.4 mile walk to Fanuel Park which has great views of Mission Bay. 0.8 mile walk to the beach and pier! 0.3 mile walk to Garnet Ave which has many restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shops. We provide beach towels and body boards if you’d like to get in the water. :) The space This is a private room on the ground floor of the property. It has been split from the rest of the house to offer a private experience. The space has an en suite restroom with a shower. This room does not include any access to a kitchen. The appliances available in the room are a 32 inch tv, refrigerator, microwave and a drip coffee maker. We have a kettle available on request. Guest access Private Room with Private Shower/Restroom. The patio is a shared space where I access my unit door and our guests access the patio door to the private room. No kitchen access. Feel free to use the body boards if you'd like. Other things to note As we live in a beach city, parking can become more difficult at night. The parking available is street parking which is first come first serve. On weekdays you can normally get a parking spot until around 6pm. After that you might have to park a little further away on one of other blocks. The weekends are a little bit harder but you can normally find good spots until around 5pm. Be sure to read all street signs to avoid tickets.
