In the heart of Romanesque Saintonge, our house opens its doors to you... Former barn partly renovated, this 140 m² family home offers beautiful volumes and quality services. The space Our house has an equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers, fridge) and a cozy living area with wood stove and TV area. Upstairs, an open space dedicated to relaxation leads to 3 bedrooms (including 1 open) that can accommodate a maximum of 5 people (1 bed of 140 cm and 3 beds of 90 cm). The spacious and light-filled bathroom is equipped with a vanity, toilet and hydromassage jet shower. A large sunny terrace accommodates garden furniture and sun loungers and overlooks a wooded garden. Ideally located in the heart of the region, this accommodation will allow you to enjoy the calm of the countryside, while allowing you to discover the main local tourist sites: - La Rochelle / Île de Ré: 40 min - Rochefort / Île d'Oléron: 45 min - Marais Poitevin: 40 minutes - Saint Jean d'Angély: 10 minutes - Saintes: 30 min - Cognac: 1 hour - Poitiers/Futuroscope: 1.5 hours For the happy parents of young children, we can provide a baby bed, high chair and small bathtub. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (except a closet where we keep personal belongings) A large garden is also included and ideal for children!
