A bioclimatic designer house
Description
In the alpine valley named "Gresivaudan" between Grenoble and Chambéry, between the Chartreuse and Belledonne ranges. Depending on the dates, entire house or 1 to 5 dedicated rooms (from 1 to 5 persons each). For single travelers or family or friends. Our House is located down to the massif of Chartreuse, in the valley at 283m d'altitude but closed to different ski stations. The space A 1000m² place, just below a 14th-17th century castle in a quiet neighborhood with a giant slide (6,5m), a swing set and during the summer a trampoline and, under condition, a free-standing pool. The animals there are a dwarf rabbit in his cage. You might be asked to feed it. Our house is located at 15mn (10km) of the "col de marcieu" station, and "St Hilaire du touvet" station (2 small family friendly ski stations - cheap!) and 30mn (20km) of the large Ski station "7 laux/prapoutel/Pipay" in "belledonne massif" in front of the house (45 tracks representing 120km). Note: AIrBnB has classified our house as a cabin and with a superb swimming pool, which surprises us but we do not have access to these categories to change them! Guest access Access to the complete house to the garden and garden furniture. .. but fragile crockery is excluded (wedding crockery service). Other things to note We expect to find a perfectly clean house without any damages when we will be back. Indeed, in any way, the "cleaning" package does not cover the cleaning of the house but the care of the household linen provided (sheets, duvets, pillowcases, bath towels). The return of the house in its initial state of cleanliness is your responsibility. The animal on site is a dwarf rabbit in a cage to whom we may ask you to feed/give something to drink. For this, we appeal to your understanding regarding the refusal of incompatible exterior pets.
