The space If you like the splendour and cosy feeling of an old Maltese house with 6feet thick walls and arched ceilings combined with the most modern deluxe furniture and amenities then this is the property for you. Free private garage is included FREE in price to avoid St Julians parking nightmare for your hired car ! If you're looking for a cheap bargain basic spartan touristic property then you need to look elsewhere. This property is essentially equipped like a 5 star hotel room but with so much more !! ...The ideal "Airbnber" for this property wants to stay 3 weeks or more but I am accepting bookings of 1 week just for the coming months I am also offering FREE taxi transport FROM the airport to the house. This is a house which you will be proud to live in for a shor period of time and you will be eminently comfortable to spend your day/evenings or entertain visitors should you have any. It even comes with a full complement of champagne and cocktail glasses for the discerning hosts amongst the Airbnb community. And, of course, the place comes with a bright bedroom and double bed plus if you are a two extra persons willing to go "sofa-bed" for a few days...you'll be happy to find the couch slides out into a huge double bed....furthermore we provide a folding bed so if you have children or youngsters and you want to fit in the 5th person it can be done but things will be a little bit tight. So I've listed this property as accommodating 5 even though it's a one bedroom property. Everything is clean and new and it's a completely stand alone ground floor private house. I live in the house exactly opposite to this property so unless I am travelling at the time you arrive, rest assured I will personally make sure that you find everything you could possibly need when you arrive...and if I am travelling rest assured someone I trust will cater for whatever you may need. St Julians is Malta's foremost residential and tourist area and the house is a corner property located in the area of the original old and quaint part of St Julians with charming narrow cobblestoned streets, and lots of peace and quiet....yet take a few paces and you are suddenly in the middle of the St Julians hustle & bustle. The house is superbly located within 5 minutes walking distance of all the St Julians bars, restaurants & shops, nightlife, beaches & swimming Lidos, language schools and public bus transport. I should add that there is some construction being finalised opposite the house from 7:30am till about 4.00pm so we have kept the house closed during the noisy excavation works that were going on. The block construction will be almost complete by April 2026 but there will still be finishing works going on. Most of our guests are early risers and out of the house enjoying Malta during those hours but you may occasionally may find a truck outside the front door of the house and get some noise. We have lowered our prices this year to compensate you a little for this potential inconvenience. However if you plan to take daytime naps in the house or have young children who would wish to nap during the contsruction hours I would not suggest you book our property during the 2026 season. Guest access Whatever is important to you, you'll have it here more than you would in a five star hotel room. Everything in the property is still quite new. Here's the list: Fully airconditioned Large Seimens Fridge/Freezer, Hob, Oven, Microwave. Toaster & Electric kettle Washing machine & tumble dryer, Dyson vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, Hairdryer 1000 mbit/s Internet/Wifi throughout house 50" smart TV with 4000+ channels from every country in main room 40" smart TV in bedroom Bose Home theatre sound system in main room Spacious bright bedroom with plenty of storage Bed linen & towels Internal private relaxing courtyard with elegant seating. Other things to note We have a "Ring" doorbell camera at the front door outside the house. We find this useful as we actually also live in the house next door so we can see a person (such as a utility company, postman etc.) when they ring the doorbell. Should you wish to disable this during your stay this can be done quite easily by turning off its power supply. When you arrive you're likely to find some basic supplies such as cleaning materials, & soaps. This will avoid you having to go on the usual gigantic supermarket shopping trip whenever you go to a self-catering apartment. All I ask is that when you DO go shopping you try to replace the stuff you've consumed...trust is important to me and the guests I aspire to host. Electricity & Water consumption are included in the Daily/Weekly Price you pay to Airbnb. This presumes the guests will use the air-conditioning units in a responsible manner (For example, guests should not leave air-conditioning units running whilst they are not even in the house). An excessive use of the air-conditioning may result in as request for additional payment or disconnection of the units. Furthermore, as the house I live in is next door we are always available quickly to solve any issues that may arise.
