My place is close to Innocent bystander and Giant Steps. You’ll love my place because its has been newly renovated and is in a central location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families, and big groups. It is about a 10 minute walk to Innocent Bystander, and a 15 minute walk to the main street. There is a path alongside Don Rd which is quite flat. You can also cut through the footy oval and Queens Park. The house is in a residential street, on a treed block. The space There is unlimited. free Wi-Fi. Guest have use of the whole house and the bedrooms that are made up for them. 2 single floor mattresses can be arranged on request. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house which includes bedrooms, laundry with iron, ironing board, washing machine, two living areas with smart tv and, dining room and outdoor space with back yard. Please note only paying guests are to access the property. Other things to note Please note check out is before 10am, and check in is after 3pm. Please note only paid, booked guests are to access the property. Please note to avoid extra charges, checkout must be before 10 am unless consent from host. Please note to avoid extra charges hot plates, oven must be cleaned if used before vacating, and dishes must be washed, dried and put away before vacating, and rubbish must be put in bins provided before vacating.
