Greenways is a lovely detached bungalow with a good sized lawned garden & two attractive seating areas & lovely countryside views. Ideally located, at the top of Polzeath, you can walk down to the beach (5 mins) for great surfing or take the coastal path to explore the North Coast. The sheltered bay at Daymer is a 5 minute car journey or 20 min walk & is ideal for little ones all year round. Head over to Rock for watersports, walks & restaurants or catch the ferry to Padstow. Side patio area ideal for sitting out enjoying the sunshine. Terraced lawned area with mature shrubs. Rear terrace with fenced upper level and clothes drying area. Access to Greenways is by private road unsuitable for very low riding vehicles. Bed linen and bath towels are included, please bring your own beach towels.
