The bedroom is large with a queen size comfortable bed, quality bedding and towels. The en-suite is fully tiled and modern. The main living area is spacious with lounge and kitchenette has microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. There is a Webber BBQ for outside cooking but there is no hotplate or oven in the kitchenette. The space This is a separate apartment in our home. It has a separate keyed entrance and is entirely self contained. It comprises a bedroom with Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and spacious lounge with well equipped kitchenette. Entry is direct from the Mediterranean Courtyard. This is paved in Sandstone with a Kalamata Olive tree in the centre and 'The Dell' being a shaded outdoor lounge area, perfect for afternoon relaxing and reading. The waterfall and lily pool provides a gentle way to spend some quiet time. Whilst cooking on the Weber BBQ you can gaze over the Indian Ocean and watch the magnificent sunsets. Alongside grows rosemary and oregano to flavour your food, whilst in the summertime the perfume of Frangipani scents the bedroom. An exceptional feature of this modern apartment is the use of Rammed Limestone walls and Double Glazed windows giving an ambient temperature, with reverse cycle air conditioning in the main room. This is a pleasant light and airy apartment. Guest access The apartment is easily accessed from the parking area in front of the house, next to the entrance to the courtyard. Prevelly is the beachside of Margaret River. Being ten minutes by car from this inland town. There are good facilities at Prevelly. From the apartment, take a five minute walk to the licensed Sea Garden Café for a meal whilst enjoying the sunset. Alongside is the local store for food supplies, beer and a large variety of Margaret River local wine. Other things to note There are four steps up from the parking area to the courtyard.
