Modern, north-facing, bright and cheerful cottage, with lovely views from the balcony where you can sit and have breakfast or watch the sunset. Melville is a trendy suburb and the property is around the corner from a number of restaurants. It is close to Cafes, Supermarkets, Universities and Hospitals. We speak English, German and a little Spanish. In case of power outages, we have solar power and a 500 litre water tank for unexpected water cut offs. The space The cottage is a fully self-contained flatlet, comprising one bedroom en suite, lounge/dining open plan, fully fitted kitchen including microwave and fridge and a 12m2 covered balcony with wonderful views to the North of Johannesburg. For those wanting to study or work, there is a large desk with desk light and Euro plugs available for your use. It is extremely quiet and the sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking. Total living area 61m2. Note that the lounge/dining area and bathroom is a step-down from the rest of the apartment so access from these areas is either a step down into the lounge or a step up to the bedroom/balcony and kitchen. Guest access Guests will have their own off road parking space and full access to the cottage via a separate entrance. Other things to note We are prone to power outages and water cut offs in and around Johannesburg. Should we experience a power outage during your stay, we have solar power that will restore power to all of your equipment to be able to give you a hassle-free stay. for water cut offs We have a 500 litre clean water tank on the property.
