Hoopwick Farm Flat and Barn Room

This unique rural farmhouse is located up a long private drive. Surrounded by open farmland and woodland. The space is an adjoining annex \ flat within a family home with its own entrance. It contains a boot room, open plan stairs leading to the mezzanine kitchen/dining area. There is 1 x double room and 1 x small twin room.You have to walk through the double room to get to the bathroom. Close by 1 / 2 minute walk away behind the Sussex Barn there is a further double bedroom with bathroom. The space The space is an adjoining annex within a family home with its own entrance. It contains a boot room, open plan stairs leading to the mezzanine with a small kitchen/dining area ( with a microwave, hob no cooker but you can have use to a bbq) . There is 1 x double and 1 x twin you have to walk through the double room to get to the bathroom which has a shower and bath. There is also a detached bedroom one / two minute walk away from the main house behind the barn which contains a Super King size bed and ensuit bathroom with bath no shower .It does not have a tv or wifi in this room. welcome continental breakfast on the first morning. Guest access Feel free to feed the chickens, ducks and pigs ( please don’t put you fingers near the pigs mouth ), use the garden and go for walks (not the swimming pool, trampoline or swings due to insurance reasons ) Other things to note There is a great country pub serving the best food in West Sussex only 5 minutes by car. The Chequers at Rowhook, RH12 3PY. We are also 25 minutes from London Gatwick, and cars can be parked here if staying either side of your trip, taxis can be arranged. Strictly no construction workers.
