Cozy studio FEMALE SHARE, NO PRIVATE ROOM in Kips bay/MurrayHill New York. SHARED LIVING AND SLEEPING AREA! NO PRIVATE ROOM. Near Empire State building located in a very great neighborhood with restaurants, amazing nightlife and great grocery stores around the area. Close to the subway station and all the bus lines to uptown/downtown or cross town. I have a busy schedule , but i will be available when needed. Donuts available on request ! The space I am looking for a FEMALE roommate who is very clean, quiet, mature and friendly to SHARE the space with me for short term or longterm. It's a shared studio. NO PRIVATE ROOM! I am seeking female ONLY! We will be SHARING the space together(NO PRIVATE ROOM). I have a busy schedule and will not interfere with you or your space or private life. I am a friendly person i may get to give you many ideas about New York especially if you are new in the area and need to get by. I am a clean freak and the place will be absolutely clean during your stay so you don't have to worry about any sort of cleanliness on the apt. The apt is in Kips bay Murray hill area, close to Empire state building, a good 10 minute walk. The area has many restaurants, bars, grocery stores like Traders joe and fairway supermarket you can get everything in one place. Its also between subway lines and great bus lines which can take you to downtown Manhattan and up town Manhattan. Also if you want crosstown buses you can get to walk to 34th street and get the crosstown select bus or 23rd street for crosstown that is if you want to go to the Westside part of Manhattan. Its also near Times Square with subway or Taxi The place and building is quiet and expect it to be like that not too much movement and not everyone should know that you are there just keep it simple and quiet when you get in and out. You have access to my kitchen and you can prepare light meals or fix anything to eat, you can shop your groceries and cook, i don't mind at all preparing your own sandwich may help save you some $$ while traveling. I have enough closet space i have assigned almost an entire closet for your needs. There's a tv in the space with cable. There's an office desk and chair in the living area. There's Wifi in the apt, variety of tv shows to watch from my cable channel. I will provide clean white towels for your use and toilet paper i will not provide shampoo because i use different hair products. When you book i will only be available to check you in between 3pm - 7pm preferably since I have a busy schedule during the weekdays but I always try to get time for check in between my schedule. I am only able to check you in personally so i will not want you to wonder away in the streets. If am not able to check you in immediately because am at work there's a Dunkin donuts and Starbucks coffee shop nearby you can hang out while you waiting for me and can have access to free wifi as you waiting on me, i have a busy schedule otherwise if am at home i can buzz you in the building and don't mention Airbnb because they do not appreciate it. I hope to meet my new guests its my first time hosting and will be looking forward to sharing my space with you. Guest access You will be able to access the entire apartment. Other than that there's an elevator in the building and also laundry in the building if you need to clean your clothes. Other things to note Very important to note; No couples No boyfriend/ overnight guest No pets Non smoker of anything No party in the apt.
