Just outside the house you will find the vaporetto stop to easily reach the Railway, Piazzale Roma, Giudecca, Piazza San Marco, the Biennale and the Venice Lido. A 5-minute walk away is the Alilaguna landing for convenient connections from Marco Polo Airport. The area is quiet and residential, yet in 3 minutes you will reach Strada Nova, the main street of Venice; you will be close to the famous Jewish Ghetto and the Fondamenta della Misericordia, famous for its bacari and its tasty cicchetti.
