You’ll love my place in Pyrmont for the facilities (gym, pool, spa & sauna) and mostly the close location! My place is ideal for couples and business people. The space 1 x separate bedroom, 1 x bathroom (shower, bathtub, washer and dryer), 1 x kitchen open plan to 1 x living room. Front door access to inside of the building which you can exit through the end of Level 2 or through Reception. One discreet laneway entrance straight into the apartment. A 65 inch TV and a study desk/table is in the living room. Guest access Gym, Pool, Spa, Sauna. There are 3 stairs inside the entry from the lane inside the apartment. Flat access is via main door inside the building. Other things to note If the Fire Brigade attends the building for a false alarm, the call-out cost will be charged to you. The call-out cost is $1776, so we ask that you follow preventative measures. By accepting the booking, you agree to these terms. Between midnight and 5am there is no pre-alarm period. Should smoke, steam or heat set of the alarm in the apartment, the system will immediately contact the Fire Brigade. At all times: Do not open the front door to the apartment if you burn your cooking as the hallways go into instant evacuation - if you need to, you should open the back window/door.
